Policies
Liability:
Titan Fabrication does its best to provide only the highest quality products. However, we do not assume any responsibility for any damages to persons or property in the use of products we sell. Sole liability lies with the manufacturer of the product. Custom fabricated off road parts are for off-road use only and are not DOT approved.
Cancellations & Returns:
- Custom fabricated parts will incur a 50% cancellation fee after fabrication has begun.
- Special ordered parts (aftermarket parts) will incur a restocking fee. Restocking fees vary but are usually 20%. To keep our prices low, we do not stock all the merchandise that we sell, and most items are considered special order. Because our supplier charges a return fee, we must pass this along to you. Please be sure you know what you are ordering. All returned items must be in the original packaging and must be able to be resold.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
Shipping:
We can ship Fed ex, UPS and USPS. We do not view shipping as income, for that reason we will not charge additinal packaging fees for shipping other than what it cost to ship.
Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, Checks, Master card, and Visa. If you choose to pay by personal check, we may require it to clear before shipping. If you would like to pay online, I also accept Pay Pal.
Warranties:
Titan Fabrication does not offer any additional warranties beyond manufacturer warranties. All warranty questions should be directed to the manufacturer.
Products and Custom fabricated parts made by Titan Fabrication are warranted for quality and workmanship. If we disign and built it we warranty it.
If you receive damaged or defective parts, please call immediately so we can discuss the remedies.
